One of the biggest issues facing my generation today is obesity. I think that is a big problem because obesity can kill you. One reason we have obesity is because of all these fast food places that everybody eat at so much and they don’t get enough exercise. Also with all this new technology coming out there no need to leave your house or even your bed because u can do everything right there in bad. Obesity can really be a problem as a kid. You can’t do anything that the other kids do because you’re to big. The other kids talk about you and don’t want to be your friend because you’re fat. It can really be hard on kids but it’s not always there fault so times it come from generations in the family.
There are many ways to help people with obesity. Most people just go on diets for like 6 month and drop a couple of pounds but then there back eating like they were before and they gain the pounds back. Some just starve there selves but that’s not healthy for your body. Others try things like surgery, pills and things in that matter but that’s not always good for you either. The best way is to just eat right and exercise everyday and when you exercise you don’t have to lift weights or anything like that you can just walk around the neighbor hood. Some people have come up with things like slim fast to help fat people lose weight.
I have many ways I can solve this problem of obesity but one of my best ways is to make the food that is good for you taste as the good as the food that bad for you. Also I will come up with fun ways to exercise so that you don’t feel like you are working out it will just feel like u are having fun. For example the Wii game systems when you are playing you just think you are have fun but you are really exercising because the way the game is set up it requires you to move your body and not jus sit around. So when you are done play you don’t even realize how many calories you just burned. I will ask other business to make there food more healthy for there customers. Then I will see were it goes from there.
I think it will help a lot but I don’t think it will fix the problem for good. I think it will still need a lot of work. I hope this will have an effect on the world and I hope people help there selves because you cant help people that don’t want to be help.
